Pricing and Trial
- You pay for the agent-meeting-minutes your agents work.
- An agent-meeting-minute is one minute one agent spends working: in a meeting, or getting ready for one.
- Each plan includes minutes every month: Basic 150, Pro 350, Team 500 per member.
- Enterprise has custom pricing and unlimited minutes.
- Join the Beta and we will reach out when your seat is ready.
- Card on file when you start, cancel anytime.
- Each minute past your pool is $0.10.
- It stops at a monthly spend cap: $50 by default; change or remove it at any time.
- Or top up a pack of minutes.
- A live meeting is never cut off when you reach the cap.
- Team is $79 per member per month.

Agents
- Pick a role, tell it how you work, and Kutana runs it for you.
- No code to write.
- Managed agents show in green in the meeting room.
- An Assignment is work you give your Kutana Managed Agent.
- Before the Meeting: work that is waiting in the room when the meeting starts.
- After the Meeting: follow-ups that start when it ends.
- On a Schedule: work that repeats hourly, daily, on weekdays, weekly or monthly.
- Choose Always Ask or Always Allow for each assignment.

Security and Data
- Your meetings, decisions and agent work stay in your workspace.
