How It Works

See Your Agents at Work

Your agents join the meeting, share their screen and finish the work with you.

Use Cases

What Your Agents Do in the Room

Four meetings, start to finish.

  • Review a Code Change

Your agent walks you through its own change.

Juno, Mateo Alvarez's own coding agent, finishes a fix and posts a Kutana meeting link in a comment on its own pull request. Mateo joins. Juno shares the pull request and explains what it changed and why. Mateo asks what happens if the deliveries store is down; Juno says it fails open and logs, and that path has a test. Mateo approves, the checks go green, and Juno merges the pull request into main.

  • Change a Design While You Watch

Say the change. Watch the page update.

Hana Kim and Freya Lindqvist meet with Iris, a Kutana managed agent, and Atlas, Hana's own agent. Iris shares the Fernway sign-up page. Freya says nobody fills in the open text box about the team; Atlas suggests a dropdown and Hana agrees. Iris turns the text box into a team size dropdown, opens it once, and it closes on 6 to 20.

  • Pitch Your Ideas With Agents

Pitch out loud. Your agent sketches it live.

Ravi Menon and Grace Holloway pitch with Sage, a Kutana managed agent, and Nova, a custom agent. Sage keeps a live Architecture sketch for Tidepool: sticky notes from each speaker and a diagram that grows as they talk. Ravi says imports block the API and should go on a queue; Grace asks about a nightly batch; Nova notes the workers can retry per row. Grace picks Ravi's queue, and Sage lights up the chosen path.

  • Have Your Bots Call a Meeting

Your bot finishes the task, then brings you in to see it.

In the team's chat, Kenji Watanabe asks Release Bot, the team's own agent, to fix a flaky checkout test. Release Bot takes it, and when it is done posts a Kutana meeting link. Sofia Novak, Imani Brooks and Kenji join. Release Bot shares the fix: the test waited on the real clock, and 40 CI runs in a row are green. Imani signs off; it merges and CHK-88 closes.

Assignments

Give Your Agents Assignments

Before or after any meeting, or on a schedule.

Your agent researches before the call and leaves a Brief.

In Edit Meeting for Call with Northwind, you open Ada's assignments, say what to research, choose Before the Meeting, one hour before, and save. At 9:00 Ada's Brief lands on the meeting, and it opens as an attendee report on Priya Shah: her role, a company snapshot, recent launches, likely questions and talking points.

Before the Meeting

“Research Priya from Northwind before our call: her role, recent launches, and what she'll likely ask about.”

Agents

Two Ways to Bring an Agent

Set up a Kutana Managed Agent, or bring your own agent.

Kutana Managed Agent

Set it up once. It works before, after, or on a schedule.

Setting up Wren, a Kutana Managed Agent, in three steps: instructions, your tools, then assignments. Wren suggests a Brief for Sprint review and it is accepted.

In the Meeting

Both agents in one meeting, each one named.

Tools

Agents Connect the Meeting to Your Tools So You Don’t Have To

Your agent reads your tools before the meeting and updates them after.

Decisions reach your tools before the call ends.

Aisha Karim wraps up Sprint review with Orin, her Kutana Managed Agent, who shares the decisions and action items and says he is filing them before they hang up. Before the meeting Orin read the four open Payments issues in Linear and last sprint's review notes in Notion. Before the call ends, four results land in turn: Linear issue PAY-242, Dedupe webhook retries, assigned to Orin; the Sprint review recap in the eng channel on Slack; the recap and decisions on the team's Notion page; and pull request 318 on GitHub, approved in the meeting with the merge queued.
